Episode 64 - Of Gods and Superheroes

Superheros Banes and Ozoneocean have it out in a titanic, world-shaking battle complete with sparkly flying electricity vividly written sound FX and a laser light show to see who will be top-dog in the Gothic metropolis of Quackcast city. Ozoneocean attempts to lull the audience into a false sense of security by reciting everything he knows about superheroes and various gods and then comparing the two in his echoy, god-like voice. Meanwhile, banes counters with the rather unusual tactic of trying to entertain them with his hilarious wit and clever improvisations. @Abt- You're a very smart guy! The only German I ever knew who talked sort of like that was one of my old art lecturers and later my fellow lecturer, the famous Alex Spremberg. No other German person I know talks that way, but it''s the cartoon "German voice" they always use in comedy skits ^_^ @Bravo- Yep, I know that mostly, but in the glare of the spotlight (so to speak) and with two glasses of wine in me my mind routinely goes blank. That's why I almost never did well in exams. I even said Thor's dad was Thor! T_T @everyone else, thanks so much, these are fun to do with a comedy genius like Banes along for the ride!

Edgar Rice Burroughs created Tarzan and John Carter before World War I so they predate "pulps" and are instead in "dime novels" or "penny dreadfuls". Conan was created after WWI during the age of the pulps. And Banes you can keep right on doing me. In fact can I hire you do do all my talking?
