This extra-special Quackcast is all about ayesinback and the 2011 Drunk Duck Radio Play! A big effort by a lot of people, it's presented here along with a great chat with ayesinback, czarina of the project.

What were her experiences developing the first voice contest, and the massive Radio Play? ayesinback was a very charming guest and we are very pleased to have her on the show to unveil Maxwell McDuff, Private Eye, in The Karaoke Caper!
Since this episode is so special, we decided to postpone the features discussion to next week (when there will be four to talk about, again). Also we do apologize for the slightly inferior sound quality of the interview, Skype recording doesn't always come out great.

That was great, and really funny, I recognised a few voices too! I esp liked the villain (can't remember his name)! And wow its great that you get practically entire families roaming the DD community! :D

Just so you know, A YES IN BACK, the rivalry is via mafia. Way way old mafia. And no one should talk of my first posts. Me and Demontales and Harkovast and Alwin and stuff and stuff has decided this. But mainly DT. Awesome job, guys.

Having your mom secretly snooping around... It reminds me of when I was a bit younger and having my mom check the browser history. It was full of adult websites that I had never visited, that was the day I stopped respecting my big bro... ... The first voice contest was like two thousand internet years ago. I liked Oz's singing and I'm still ashamed of my own.

BANES - you never fail to crack me up! But yes, the secret is out. I could not be more proud of my Oz -- if only he'd update his comic more often . . . :p And skool -- well, perhaps one should think twice before supplying her with an audio clip :-) Also - try listening to the play while reading the comic, which will have all the pages up by this Sat AM

...and the play just played. Whoa! It came out great! Definitely a success. Super performances, and very fine editing of voices and music. WELL DONE! And it was great that oz and skool had their scene together. haha.

This is like a DD behind the music. Ayesinback is great. My sound was a little garbled; best I could make out is that ozoneocean is her daughter, and skoolmunkee is some sort of devil-worshipper. Fascinating stuff!

when Ayes said she had a daughter on DD, it was somewhat surprising, but when she added that this daughter was in a relationship with another DD'er, I quickly had a pretty good hunch who 'twas. :-) STILL. shocking revelations in this week's Quackcast!

What radio play? Nah I'm just kidding. I'm afraid it is hard to hold my attention with just audio for long...unless there are some dramatic duh duh duhs!!!!!! (Though you gave me the wonderful idea of "drafting" judges and presenters...) So, I shall remember my manners and say that it sounded really good. And it does sound like that everyone was recording at the same time. Loved the fake Aussie joke. Though I wish that the commercials had a little better quality. I couldn't understand half of them. Re: Musical. That would be funny but I know I would never be casted for that. I'll help someone with song writing...
