I was able to speak to Amazon customer service directly and the issue should be fixed now!

All payments have been processed but our account is still suspended. I've contacted Amazon AWS support about it and I'm waiting to hear back. Suggestions on how to get them to act sooner to unsuspend up would be welcome!

I've been in contact with Brian and I've updated the details to our Amazon AWS account. Hopefully this should be resolved soon. The problem is with Amazon currently. Just waiting on them to process the payments.

Our image server is offline so all our images on the site are showing as broken links.
I apologise for that. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to fix it right now. These things always happen at the very worst time: weekends.
I've emailed Brian Altounian who has access to our Amazon S3 servers where our images are hosted because that's where the issue is. That's all I can do for now. I will look for other ways to contact him.
