Nice page, I've been trying to replicate what you did in panels 5 and 6. It looks pretty, but there's still a few faults with it.
First of all, it looks somewhat empty. If at all possible you could've put in the skyline of a nearby city or some trees that are close by.
The second fault is the accuracy of what you produced in those last two panels. Take note of panels 2, 3 and 4. Above the path is not grass but instead a fence. It looks like there might be grass beyond the fence, but the fence should've been included in the last couple of panels. You gotta make sure you pay attention to those little details, by doing so, it'll pay you in dividends.
I like what you did with Scyther in panel 3. Very few people show pokemon suffering any form of battle fatigue so I appluad you on that. Nonetheless, this injury should be consistent and so not only should the scratches be visible in panel 3, but also in panels 2, 4(it's excusable if it's not visible due to the motion blur) and 5.
The pokeball effect could also use a bit of improvement. The colour looks a tad too plain.
I'm gonna do a little nitpicking with panel 5 in saying that the panel confuses me a bit. The defeated trainer is clearly shocked by the fact that Mankey's defeated, the reader can gather that from what he says and so naturally it would seem the trainer was genuinely worried for his pokemon. I can't imagine someone who seems that shocked would at the same be returning his pokemon. I would imagine him either rushing up to his pokemon to check the condition of it or be immobile from shock.
But again, the page is quite nice. A standard job.
