Feeling Spring?

February and March are those two months where everything seems sunny…or gray. You might have a cold sunny day or a warm rainy day. Some of you are getting snow, while others are in shorts.

So over the next two months, feel free to put your favorite characters or models of your choice into outfits that represent either Winter or Spring, or both!

Been trying to post images but it's not cooperating. Did some themed art, and played with Clip Studio Paint animation.

Been blazing sun in my neck of the woods. But rain is supposed to be returning soon!

@Dragonaur: I love those pants! And that the photo is in grayscale. It really gives the feeling of rain without the rain being present in the picture.

Lucca : Thanks! I've been seeing these ripped jeans quite a bit of late. Then another pair with these two vertical zippers. Tho' I forgot to draw the slider at the top. Anyway, I just combined it all into one set of pants. ^_^

As for the gray scale, it's a sort of blue. Once, I was studying a picture and noticed the shadows were not actually grey but medium dark slightly un-saturated colors (blues). Here, I was thinking of an overcast rainy day and ended up with this.

I'll keep an eye out for your contribution!

I haven't had the time to draw anything lately. I'm going to be introducing a new model and finally have a rough sketch of her drawn up. I'll upload it up when I can get to my scanner and get back into the groove of things. It's nothing fancy, but rough sketches have a charm of their own.

Pencil sketches are totally cool! We're too spoiled by professional artists and their commissioned ink and color works. I'll draw your character if you pose them up.

This is a yet to be introduced character from Techniplex. We'll just call her “Mare” for now. The parts of her arms and legs that look like gloves and socks are actually part of her skin. And her eyes are always closed for reasons. I meant to water color this but never got around to it.

Ooooh! Very nice! I'm guessing she likes to dance. Love all the details in her hair. Is she magical?

@Dragonaur: She is! And she does love dancing. She's the same race as Marguerite. I'll put up a colored picture soon. She'll be wearing more clothing =p

That's awesome! She looks great, Dragonaur! Here she is in color. I left the hand she's holding blank on purpose. Whose hand is she holding? I don't want to spoil anything.

The darker green spots are supposed to be blue.

Ah! Very nice. Green trims! That's a very distinctive color. Who's hand is she holding… looks like somebody who doesn't have a tail! ;-)

They might not have a tail, or they might. Hhhhmmm.
Mr Dragonaur continues to bring the fab in this place! I love the tail rings =) And his pose is so innocently flirty. I love it!

I'd be happy to jump aboard this time around but I'm still kind of fuzzy how it all works. Is there a clear FAQ or something somewhere?

irreverent : Well, this particular thread is easy. Just dress up your character as you wish. Warm or Cool weather because that's always the way it is around this time of year is many parts of the US.

The 2015 Pageant is on hold at present. I guess things got busy for Vinomas. But I expect when Summer rolls around he'll start something up.

We're stuck in a time warp! It's still cool weather. Will it ever warm up?
