Woo hoo! Told ya it was a big ‘un! I’ve always enjoyed comics that could advance the story without dialog, and thought I'd give it a try.
Well it wasn't easy, and I know I screwed parts of it up, but I actually got this done early. I finished this after Preview Night (Wednesday) at the ol' SD Comic Con at about one in the morning. If I didn't get it finished then, it wouldn't be finished until next week some time after I awake from the coma I'll probably be in.
After two weeks of on-time scheduled updates I think I may pass out. @_@
@artdude2002 & magicalmisfits: Yeah, I've always thought the ability would be a truly horrible thing to have if you couldn't control it.
@lastcall: Heh, I rewrote that line nearly a dozen times. Glad it got a chuckle.
Sadly, the author passed away in 2010. He wiped his hard drive so no one was able to recover anything. Although, when I spoke to him last in 2009 (and again at the beginning of 2010) at Comic Con, he said he had not sketched anything. It's funny, my character was suppose to be appearing soon (he does in this strip but his purpose is explained more later) and I constantly harassed him to work on the next one... May you RIP Shawn McGrath.
Oh my gosh, where the heck is the next comic anyway?!
Sorry folks, I've had a run of bad luck. Technical difficulties and all that. I didn't mean to take a nearly 2 month hiatus. But the good news is I finally have Photoshop up and running and talking to my tablet on the brand new computer. Strip #76 has been scripted and partially laid out already.
In other good news, my new computer is much studlier than the old one, making it possible to play games that just wouldn't run on my crummy old computer.
Sadly, that's also more bad news, as I've lost a couple weeks to Left 4 Dead and The Orange Box.
Cool comic dude. It stikes a great balance between comedy and drama. Also, I love every one of your characters, and the writing is superb. My one critique is that I feel you could make your panels a bit larger. This is the internet, there are no size constraints! You're a great artist and you should give your art some room to breath.
Anyway, expect some fanart soon.
This was so cool to see! I love all the little panels, they look so neat and orderly in their little boxes. ^,^
And I think you did it very well, the flow of it was good, and it didn't require any dialogue to get its point across. (If I wasn't confused, it was good.) *so it was good* ^_~

I like silent pages as well. Sometimes, you just gotta let the picture talk for itself :3.
