The Muscovy Drake, also known as the ‘Dragon Duck’ to local youths at a park nearby. It's a large breed, with a rather striking appearance. I think the kids' name is more appropriate :)

Artwise, I got away from the ‘loose with black outlines’ for this page, tried to make it more like ‘real’ watercolor. Tried to go fast but felt it took too long, so I don't stick with it. But I'm several pages ahead so I try something similar later on. Will I ever find my ‘look’?

Storywise: true love is strong, and can overcome a lot. But we frail humans have limits, especially if we feel our efforts aren't reciprocated or appreciated. We can keep going for a little while, but it's a partnership, folks - do your part!

Thanks for reading, everyone

Edit: the moment that Emilio is referring to in the last two panels (where he last saw Kimber Lee) occurred on pages 59-61

Thanks Banes. My significant other told me to quit griping about my art - I sounded whiny, or worse, like I was fishing for compliments (which I promise I'm not). Still, since you all seem to be okay with the experimenting I'll no longer gripe haha. About Emilio and the Lady - quite perceptive of you ;)

I like that you experiment with different styles as you go...that's a great thing about webcomics. And poor Emilio. He seems like a good guy...and I suspect that that other lady is interested...

Thank you Peipei :)

What touching page. I could never imagine having to raise children all while knowing that the partner is out there somewhere. It's just a tormenting thought. Also I enjoy your art style very much, being unique is all that matters. If we all drew the same, that would just be boring and a little depressing xD.

Thanks Szyszka666! I guess I never really thought about being 'unique' - that's cool :) I'll keep at it - hopefully it won't take a whole lifetime haha.

I really like Your style, Kim. I've actually never seen a similar one, it's very unique :) And I think finding "your look" is a task for a lifetime... I'm never satisfied enough with my "style" so I can relate to what You are feeling :)
