Chaos belongs to Joff of Life_and_Death He has been a miscalculation on the part of the Bad guys in the Crossover wars. I will try to keep this story rolling since it is directly related to the wars.
I keep having the NAAAAGING suspiscion that Chaos's demeanor is further evidence of Joff's love of Discworld, and that he particularly enjoyed a certain character from Thief of Time.................
