they started as a New Jersey Law Enforcement Agency…and grew into their own entity…now, they are Galaxy wide. Worlds contract them as their Law Enforcement…and also military.SOME of the SPAIC brass, though, have their secret agendas, and contract freelancers for special assignments that go under the Radar of the powers that be.

I wanted to do a comic about the SPAIC agency for a LONG time. finally decided to go ahead, and DO it. these stories take place in my Tales of Lugnor universe. If you have a Deviant art account you can check out Tales of Lugnor over there. ALL of my characters pop up everywhere really, EXCEPT for the characters in my Pirate comic.
