... I have no idea what's going on. It looks like pretty much every Sonic character in existance + A bunch of crappy customs + A bunch of unnecessary effects on a bright background, rendering the whole thing an unreadable and hectic mess.

To some up this cover in a word, it'd have to be 'whoa'...There's a lot goin on here but it's fairly decent I guess.
