Emma is a stubborn violinist with few family or friends. Theo is an immature restaurant owner lacking direction. They both have a lot of crap to work through to get their lives back on any kind of track.

After Sam Garrison and his pregnant wife move into the rough inner-city, Sam and his neighbor Mark decide to bring justice to the streets as vigilantes called the Watchdogs. But Sam learns that Mark has a darker agenda... A Platinum Studios comic!

A comic about dogs doing things actual dogs don't do. Also not really looking like actual dogs. It's a very confusing comic.
