Alfred Silver Fuzzbutt Hordak Meowgi, a crown-wearing feline known as Alfie, lives in The Apartment with two human roommates, Kat and Luke. Kat is a collector of rare odds and ends such as a Count Rugen poster from The Princess Bride to Sean Connery’s original hairpiece from James Bond, whereas Luke’s main concern is centered around making the monthly rent. The Traveler, known to Alfie as a long-awaited “Sky Friend”, makes a landing following a disastrous bout involving laser pointers. The asbestos-eating Traveler announces “I Come in Peace” while looking dapper in Sean Connery’s hairpiece.

The comic is fully colored and made up of lengthy layouts. Each comic strip has a fun fact blurb at the bottom of the page that introduces a historical lesson related to the comic dialogue.
