I cannot figure out how to put a link to my comic into my forum signature. Can someone give me the code? Thanks

Replace the curly brackets “{” with square ones “[”
It should look and work like this:

I can insert a hyperlink into my authors comments but the link opens in the same tab/page
is there a code to open links in a new tab or page. I've tried the code for hyperlinks target attribution but the first thing is html coding doesn't seem to work on pages just in the forum?
or I don't know how to reach the coding for individual pages?
