Well, for those of you who care, I start out with a rough sketch and panel layout of the page. I draw the rough skeletons of all the people on the page along with the backgrounds. This step is in pencil.

I, then, flesh out the characters and backgrounds in pencil, no shading, just lines.

From there, I go over my pencil lines in black pen.

After that I just colour in with some coloured pencils.
