Dreamwalkers is intended to explore the subconscious world of dreams, where a cigar is never JUST a cigar. I'm not out to create a pornographic story - but you can't really set a story in the collective unconcious without some amount of wet and messy happening. If and when censorship occurs, that would be due to the dreamer censoring themselves.

(Note to self - that's an interesting thought in itself.)

Sexuality is an inherent part of our dreams. One of the “themes” of this story is that the closer a person appears in their dreams to their waking appearance, the more “together” they are, and the more likely they are to be a conscious “dream walker.”

(I'm taking this from my perspectives on classical shamanism, by the way.)

In other words, when there are blatant, flapping genitalia happening AND a dreamwalker gets involved in it, it's because it's symbolic of a problem, and probably a tripping hazard.

But any dreamwalker would rather wade hip deep through Freudian imagery than deal with the worst thing.
