Haha, well, there's no explicit relationships in PT at the moment. By that I mean that nobody's going to be walking around holding hands and calling each other “honey” and “dear”. =p There are a few implied relationships, and one that will become more obvious as time goes along, but none of these characters are really the lovey-dovey types, especially in a setting like this.

If I were going to put couples in? Well, the obvious ones would be Veyra/Orun and Cai/Margensen (even though Mar's gender is still a bit up in the air, lol). And let's not forget one of my favorites, Aisha/.

Well, there's two obvious choices in the currently introduced characters for Aisha right now, as far as I'm concerned. I'll let you use your imagination as to which two. =P

Although, like I said, don't expect too much in the romance department. Maybe in the arc following this one, but while they're in the tower, I think they have more important things to worry about, lol.
