About this time last year I posted something about doing a Beauty Contest with artists entering their characters as contestants. If I remember, Inkmonkey “stole” the idea, and hence THIS HAPPENED.

So what about a cosplay contest? I'll bet there'll be a ton of suggestions for Dragonball Z, Naruto, etc… x_x I'd suggest doing a contest from the older shows from the 80's, (Battlestar Galactica… not the new one… Buck Rogers in the 25th century, etc…).

I bet there's at least one person who would love to do a “two piece swimsuit” contest as well… er… I wouldn't want to do that!


Okay, that's it! I gotta stop mixing Pepsi Max, Coke Zero, and Sprite Zero together before drinking the evil mind altering concoction!!! Wait… where'd my cerebrum run off to this time?!?

Better yet, why don't we cosplay as characters from the Drunk duck universe?

Actually, I was thinking of having the characters of our comics doing the cosplaying. Too many shy people out there, I think. :)

I've already drawn one of my male characters in a bra once. That was more than enough for me.

But if people are willing to dress up as characters from the DD universe that could be entertaining too. However, seeing as it's a beauty pageant I think I'll be one of the ones watching.

Cosplay of DD characters doing other DD characters has been done before.

Witness Alejkahn's (who does Lola, Jump, Fireborn and others) image of my Pinky dressed as Mye from Charby the Vampirate. That was part of a Halloween contest.

I think if some girl dresses up as one of the characters from Bulletproof, I'm seriously going to die.

Well, as far as the Shades characters are concerned, I don't think the woman has yet been born who could fill the shoes (or other garments!) of Boo.

And I really hope that there are no guys out there who'd want to dress (undress?) as the Shaman!

I have had people say they were going to dress up as my characters for Halloween a couple of times…one lady even said she DID IT, as it was simple, but I have never seen any photos…*sniff*.

How about this? A Pinky TA Themed costume contest! I bet there won't be many entries; not a lot of drunkduck's female characters are cut out to wear her outfit. >:-D

I'd like to see someone else try and make a red turtleneck sweater with a large white V on it look good. Preferably a female. Yay for sweaters.
Well, only the drawn versions of Vakanai have the V, the stick figure is too skinny for me to draw a V on it. Lucky skinny bastard…
