small doses of it.

Since alcohol increases blood pressure, doesnt it make your blood circulate fast enough so as to flush out the fat and other toxic stuff that accumulate in your veins?

And with less fat clogging your arteries, much more easier to circulate the blood.

So when you run, blood travels around faster to supply your cells with oxygen.

Right? or wrong?

Anyone have similar experiences? Small doses of alcohol. Like 2 shots of vodka every other day.

Well for me, alcohol doesnt really give me more stamina..I would say that it probably gives me less stamina…
Example, i get off of work, stop by the gas station and pick up a beer, go home, and drink it.. Now im feeling even more tired than i already felt..

Alcohol has been know to increase stamina….Sexually….If you catch my drift…..

Idk I got wasted one night and ran for like a mile without feeling it. Then I stopped and threw up and began weeping for no apparent reason. Maybe I should stop drinking so much…

lol?!

well I've never tried this “alcohol regularly in small doses” thing, but I know hangovers definitely don't increase stamina.

Alcohol, In moderation, has significant health benefits.

Alcohol also stimulates insulin production which can give you that extra energy.

however, side effects include… wakeing up with strangers nekkid…
regrettable tattoos.
loss of friends due to druken assness…
strange piercings
serious bodily harm from fighting.

…beer goggles…

Of course it does, when ever I get some booze, I feel as if I can run 138982 miles!

Only to wake up to find I only ran 2 feet.

You forgot the stench of a night well-spent.

A night well spent that you may or may not remember.
However, you will have the incredible urge to apologize for your actions even tho you don't quite know what they were exactly.

The average human body can process about one ounce of alcohol per hour, after that it start poulting the bodily systems,it is after all a mild nerve toxin, and worst is the effect on the liver.

but if you stick to a moderate amount, it actually reduces overall body stress and if you drink wine, there are other health benefits particular to the ingredients.

I don't deal well with moderatly doing anything.

I have noted at times that a huge amount of booze can make things last longer than they should. Way longer, painfully longer.
