I quite agree with you peipei. I can honestly say I've never dated anyone, but from my experience, men lie more often than women, but I've noticed that those are quite often little white lies. You know, getting their buddies out of trouble or lying to not reveal a secret. But from my experience women and girls are more prone to make big lies than men. It's just my experience, not a stereotypical assumption of womankind I moght add.

Reason my day sucked: well, i deleted and blocked an ex-friend off my messenger's and i'm still feeling gloomey because i didnt get to make it to my brothers funeral yesterday and all that jazz. I want to go home to Oklahoma for awhile and hug my mom and dadio for as long as i can. and see my o'l black lab again and just… be around my friend (yes i said friend) I only had one best friend in T-town… D: then the rest was my family… i miss green country…

I just decided I would like to work in advertising/PR/marketing for the game industry and am now failing miserably to find a job doing so or a job at all doing any kind of advertising/PR/marketing. Graduation is 2 weeks away and finals are soon upon me and this stupid woman who is offering a PR Internship for 5-10 hours a week keeps telling me she'll give it to me after she sees me write some stuff and then making me write more stuff without hiring me. I spend all my freetime on job search sites and I have a phone interview next week for a marketing internship I don't remember applying to.

This is extremely disappointing. Why would a community of artists be so snitty and rude to one another? Why would you question your actions, second-guess a simple critique or suggestion on making a piece of art better, or verbally attack someone because they manage to nab a top spot?

Grow up. Quit insulting others to make yourself look better. An opinion is an opinion, and no one is entitled to listen to yours if you give it–because the internet is founded upon, like a castle of cards, flimsy and fallible statements that hold no more merit than the next opinion spewed out a second later. Like a pretty face, it's easily replaceable. I hate to tell you, baby, you ain't special.

Like I always say: Art is the game of passion and improvement. Your attitude is what makes you lose. Stop trying to focus on the next person's art and concentrate on making your own better.

Apathy. The ultimate source of all anger, frustration, boredom, lack of motivation, and all around miserableness (miseribility?) in my life. Nothing but short term motivation works on me. For instance, I should currently be doing an assignment for a class I'm almost fail although I SEEMED to have an A in yesterday, all because my damn teacher only grades things every once and a while.
Everyone in my school is an idiot, a jerk, or already a member of the small minority that is my friends. One of the few people who is not an idiot is such a jerk AND LACKS COMMON SENSE AND RESPECT FOR THE MOST BASIC RULES that I daily consider stabbing him in the face with a pencil while shouting “NOBODY #&%$ING CARES MOTHER#&%$ER” It would probably be worth the trouble I would get into, except then we get back to apathy with a simple “why bother?”
This is NOT a simple bad day. I see my LIFE going in a not-quite-so gradual decline, and I'm not motivated enough to DO anything about it.

Because My art isn't perfect and the popular ones always get picked I'm shocked that nobody voted for zac from civil war, I could be wrong. I'm mad about the lack of votes from the DDERS we have well ova 1000 members and a tenth voted for now. Some of my ideas are being considered, I might just ask to help cordinate the next one. If I do the voting, I'm not going to tolerate this one-sided popularity contest. What I would do first is put up 10 questions for every voter

No more than two from the same series. You get two votes per Category, both different. That will open up the contest. The winners would draw their awards. Each week the standings for each Catagory and overall, put in a sports divison format (where the top five will be shown with the votes). I know it's a lot of work but i can't do it alone. I would need contestants………also the ones who entered the first DDBC and landed the top five wouldn't compete (they would take on the future champions in the DDBC All-star beauty contest ). So DD voters need to do their homework for mine. Because this is a beauty contest not a popularity contest.
