I can see you seem to like anime, I could give you a tip, if you want to improve your skills you could try working on the character sprite, zooming the picture and making him do some move that you dont have in your sprite list. Its not hard, sprite is basically 1 tile by tile like how you colored the hair and such.
For the story, I wouldnt call it original, I just cant seem to think I have seen this somewhere but that doesnt mean its bad.
Im not ordering you to do these, if you are just doing these for fun keep it up ;)
