As useful this might be, paint.net has the ability to change hues. Also, you can globally color each color you want with a few clicks. In the end, this is highly infective and a waste of time (If you need to color an entire sheet, it can take you hours. With paint.net, it take seconds.)

How so? You can put pictures in tutorials, and it's only one page. In fact, I believe there is a [url=http://www.drunkduck.com/tutorials/view.php?id=44]tutorial[/url] for this already, so It's probably better to just put it in the tutorial section.
there's an even easier way. using the "Sample Color" tool, right click on the color.
left click the color you want to recolor to.
copy all.
using paint can, recolor the space of left click.
paste
and tada...i should make that Tutorial eventually...
