I love clever wordplay and puns (case in point, Pharaohmoan in Fusion–c'mon, it's funny!).
My favorite authors are Christopher Moore, Robert McCammon, Bernard Cornwell, Kurt Vonnegut, Mark Twain, Haruki Murakami, Joe R. Lansdale, A. Lee Martinez, and Edgar Cantero.
Favorite print comics are Empowered, Sleeper, Invincible, 100 Bullets, Hellboy, B.P.R.D., Deadly Class, Saga, Fatale, Ultimate Spider-Man, Supreme Power, Paper Girls, and many others.
Favorite movies . . . anything Star Wars (and The Clone Wars), all 4 Indys, most anything by Miyazaki and Satoshi Kon, The Incredibles, Avatar, Clue, The In-Laws (the original with Peter Faulk), Top Secret!, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Dark City, and a slew of others.
Favorite bands: Anthrax, Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, Rival Sons, Crobot, Symphony X, The Struts, Nightwish, Clutch, Blind Guardian, and a number of others.
TV: Deadly Class, The Clone Wars, Star Wars: Rebels, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Spectacular Spider-Man, Avatar, anything DCAU, Being Human (UK), Penny Dreadful, The Boys, Hap and Leonard.
