Welcome back to another exciting talking head page ;)!
Yes, we're still dealing with a bit of exposition, but as you can see there is conflict even here - the Huntress Prime seems to have pretty much had it with the council, a venerable and old institution in Adanai, so it seems.
Will this conflict come to a head - and if so, when?
As Hell Car has commented on the previous page (thanks!), I try to keep talking head pages as interesting as possible by zooming in and out and switching up camera angles and (hopefully) including expressive gestures that underscore the emotions experienced by characters.
Usually I have a lot of dialogue to squeeze on each page and this is no exception - but I managed to accommodate a silent panel that hopefully is easy enough to make sense of…

Not too far from becoming the absolute ruler, that damned council getting in the way… Time to get rid of this old fools… bwahaha!

It all works great: the angles, the zooming... I also readily got the heaviness in the air in the silent panel! You're making me feel VERY strong feelings against Huntress Prime (which means you doing a good job with her). Still just love the look of this whole thing - so much that I've adjusted my own comic with this as inspiration!!
